Alanna (Director)

Hi, I am Ms. Alanna. I started my career at Innovation Station-New Berlin in October of 2012. I started as a floater teacher primarily in the younger classroom but quickly found myself as the Lead teacher in the Two-year-old classroom. I think this is where my love for the two-year-old age group came from! In October of 2016, I was promoted to the Director at Innovation Station-Richfield. I have my associate's degree in Education as well as my Administrative Credential. It is my educational goal to obtain a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our three children. As a family, we love to go to the zoo, swim, and take on new adventures!

Nichole (Assistant Director)

I have always had a love for working with children and wanting a big family! I have worked at Innovation Station since August of 2018, when I joined the Preschool classroom as the Lead teacher. After a short year of working in the Preschool classroom, I wanted something more, as I have been in the field of childcare since I graduated high school. I was promoted to Assistant Director in August of 2019 and am so excited to help out the families of Innovation Station. I enjoy the 2-3 year old age group as they are really growing into their personalities at that age as well as taking in everything that is taught to them. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and being crafty! I can’t wait to help you along your childcare journey!
